We, as Karslan Attorney Partnership, render our clients service to commence and pursue enforcement proceedings at the enforcement offices to collect the debts related to the agreements, invoices, commercial bills. We also render our clients service to commence the enforcement proceedings at the enforcement offices for foreclosure of pledged properties if any pledged asset. In order to fulfil these services, what we make the transactions on behalf of our clients are as follows:

>Applying to the Commercial Court in order to take quick action against the debtors who are likely to miss their property and rights, and ensuring the precautionary attachment,

>Commencing an enforcement proceeding and ensuring the service of the payment order,

>Applying the following procedures for the debtors who do not pay their obligations despite the service of the payment order

>>Ensuring to be sent the lien notification to the banks or the other third parties from the enforcement offices, for the seizure of their bank accounts or their property, rights or receivables in the banks and the other third parties,

>>Ensuring the seizure of the real estate or vehicle properties if the debtor has,

>>If the debtor is a real person working in a workplace, ensuring the garnisheeing of quarter of the debtor’s wage

>Ensuring the appraisal first and then the sale tender for the sale of the seized goods and rights,

>In case of pledged property, commencing the enforcement proceeding for foreclosure, ensuring the service of the payment order, in case the debtor does not pay the debt despite the payment order, commencing the pledged property sales tender process.
